Brad Bohn, Designated Broker, has been an Arizona Realtor for more than 25 years. He grew up in a small town near Omaha, Nebraska where his father was a custom home builder and his mother sold real estate for more than 30 years. This real-life experience gave Brad an early understanding of the hard work and dedication it takes to be successful in business.

After earning his degree from Nebraska Wesleyan University, where he was a four-year student-athlete, Brad decided in 1993 to make the move to Scottsdale. Since launching his real estate career, he has been a multi-year multi-million dollar producer, regularly recognized for his outstanding sales and service on numerous occasions.

Brad represents a range of clients on properties of various sizes, giving each individual the same high level of attention and care. He firmly believes that when you treat your clients right, you will get the ultimate compliment -a referral.

Coincidentally, both Brad's parents and Karina's parents sold real estate on a part-time or full-time basis at some point in their career, so you could say that the business has always been

in their blood.

Karina grew up with both her parents and grandparents owning rental properties, and as a child spent many weekends cleaning out left-behind junk, repainting walls, and on occasion, crawing under the foundations of rental homes to insulate pipes against the coming Illinois winter.

Brad also spent much of his youth helping his family with various jobs, including walking beans at his grandparents' farms in Iowa, distributing his mother's real estate flyers throughout the Omaha area, and a notable stint at his father's Bennington Home Improvement Center, where he is still haunted by memories

of the circular saw.
